ABOUT REIKI
Reiki (pronounced RAY-key) is a Japanese word which is basically translated as "Universal Life Energy." It is an energy that is in all living things and all around us; the Divine, God-given energy of light, life and love, which flows through each of us from the Spirit.
Reiki, when applied for purposes of healing, addresses the body, mind and spirit. It accelerates the body's ability to heal physical ailments by opening the mind and spirit to receive the channeled energy. The treatment is focused on the seven "chakra" or major energy centers of the body.
The Reiki practitioner has usually been "attuned" at Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 - Master Level. The attunement creates a prism to "channel" the healing energy at each level. The Reiki treatment is a light hands-on process whereby the practitioner transfers universal life energy to the recipient. It is a safe, non-intrusive and non-manipulative process during which the recipient remains fully clothed.
REIKI - WITH A READING
Level 3 or Master Level Reiki practitioners have had their third eye opened. At this level, the practitioner can see energy flow and energy blockage in the recipient. The causes of blockage can then be accessed along with the healing power of the prism.
The practitioner can also see and interpret messages from those guides and masters, angels and divine spirits to whom we are connected on a universal level, as well as the spirit guides that walk with us in our daily lives.
